Steps:
Verification of the full conformity of the copies to the original. Applying the specific seal for this operation on the copies that have been found to be fully conforming to the original. Recording the required information on the certified copies and in the register opened for this purpose (brief description of the document: date - amount received - identity and position of the agent). Payment of the due fees.
